Mr. Jimeno,
Thank you so much for all of your help! Your patience and assistance is very much appreciated by me and my family!
After my accident, I was truly fortunate to have Mr. Jimeno handle my settlement. He was able to take care of all paper work concerning bills, insurance claims, and lost wages. Every time I had a question or concern about what to do next he made the time to set me at ease...
In Maryland, there are thousands of new teen drivers who get their license every year. In 2005, laws were added to help increase the amount of experience necessary for a teen driver to go from learner’s permit to provisional license to help reduce the risk of an accident in MD.
The first part of the driver experience law is that a new driver must have a learner’s permit for at least 6 months before they are eligible to apply for a provisional license.
The second part of the driver experience law states that during a teen’s learner’s permit period they must log a minimum of 60 hours of driving practice, 10 of which must be at night, with a passenger present in the vehicle that’s at least 21 years old and has held a provisional license of their own for at least 3 years.
These 2 conditions to obtaining a provisional license are here to help make sure your teen driver is more comfortable with driving. Unfortunately, even experienced drivers may find themselves involved in an accident in MD when other drivers are distracted or negligent.
Teen drivers in Maryland face additional risks that may increase the chances of a serious or fatal car accident. If your teen is injured in an accident, a Glen Burnie accident lawyer may be able to help you file a personal injury claim on their behalf.
